WATCH: How the Rest of the World is Catching Up to the U.S.
What the segment is suggesting is that it’s not that the United States is falling behind, but that the rest of world is catching up to the “healthy & wealthy corner” of the graph. But the statistics in how the United States performs in things like educational testing show that in fact the US has not only started to lag, but to decrease in aptitude.
